Perry is a professional with over 22 years experience in investment research and retirement plan consulting. He has substantial experience in the design and operation of retirement plans. He consults with clients on investment policy, fiduciary compliance and vendor management and negotiation. He uses knowledge gained over his career to bring practical business solutions to our clients.

Prior to joining Shepherd Kaplan, Perry acquired knowledge and experience from other global consulting firms where he established the tools and led the practice nationally for vendor management and evaluation. His experience spans a broad range of industries in all areas of the country.

Perry received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Georgia.
