Bruce is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the Firm. He has over 35 years of experience as a business and legal counselor, having served for many years as General Counsel and Director of New York Stock Exchange-listed companies, as well as a Partner in a major Boston law firm for 13 years.

Bruce has counseled entrepreneurs and professionals, public and privately-financed companies and non-profit institutions. He has represented such clients in business combinations, financial transactions, commercialization of technology and on general business matters, as well as regulatory investigations and compliance counseling.

Bruce has written and presented extensively on business law topics for many industry and professional associations.

Bruce graduated cum laude in Government from Harvard College and holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was Editor of the Columbia Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
